Visitors to our store often comment that "you should be charging to let people come in and see all these interesting things!" Of course we still prefer to make attendance free but we do ask that you strike up conversation with our friendly staff, and let them know where you traveled from.
Our customers, because of two local land grant universities, in Pullman and Moscow and the Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, come from as far away as New York, Florida, Texas, as well as the international visitors. We are located right near the Idaho / Washington State line, in the southeastern corner of Washington State and not far from Hells canyon in eastern Oregon. This is the southern limit of the region known as the Palouse Prairie of Eastern Washington and North Central Idaho. There is a lot of interesting country around here to discover!
