Hilda's Raku Pottery
Catalog Information

THE POTTER:

HILDA BRADSHAW was born and raised in eastern Washington. The clay odyssey which began as a winter hobby has evolved from decorative Stoneware and Raku to the rewards of teaching.

THE PROCESS:

Raku developed in Japan for the tea ceremony. American potters have developed their own individual firing methods which yield lustrous metallic or crackle glaze finishes. All Raku is porous and not intended for conventional use.

Each of these beautiful hand formed clay fish comes ready to hang.
